DAVAO DEL NORTE — The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Anflo Industrial Estate Corporation (AIEC) reaffirmed their strong partnership for workforce development during a site visitation at the AIEC–Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) on September 25, 2025.
The activity, in collaboration with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Panabo and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), aimed to align government programs with the actual manpower requirements of industries operating inside the estate.

𝐉𝐨𝐛𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐃𝐀 𝐍𝐂 𝐈𝐈 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩.

PANABO CITY — With perseverance, skills, and the right opportunity, three (3) Panabo City youth have turned their training into triumph. Margie Jamisola, Jair Daniel Millada, and Lovely Reyes, all beneficiaries of the JobStart Program under PESO Panabo City, have successfully completed the Mechatronics Servicing NC II training at TESDA RTC-KPVC and passed their NC II Assessment.

DAVAO DEL NORTE – What began as ten days of training ended with stories of growth and newfound confidence. This July 2025, Department of Labor and Employment – Davao del Norte Field Office (DOLE-DNFO) and partner Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs) celebrated the graduation of 322 JobStart Philippines Soft/Core Skills Training (SCST) completers across Panabo City, Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS), and Tagum City, now equipped to step boldly into the world of work.
Across the three cities, a total of 322 youth beneficiaries completed the 10-day SCST designed to instill workplace values and competencies such as self-confidence, professionalism, communication, and decision-making. This included 112 completers in Tagum City, 110 in Panabo City, and 100 in IGACOS.
