I usually get up around 4 in the morning to prepare breakfast and my son's lunchbox. For today, I cook some eggs, bacon and tomatoes for him and yummy dried fish for me.
For his lunchbox, I prepared steamed jasmine rice and chicken nuggets.
It's good to wake up very early so I can also do the laundry and sweep the floor.

I don't have pork or beef mince in the fridge but that doesn't stop me from cooking pasta this afternoon. I just used cheesy hotdogs. For the garlic bread, I used hotdog buns. The house smells really good when I put the garlic bread in the toaster. Overall, my son loved it!

I love preparing food for my son. Some of them are easy to make, some are difficult and some are a little interesting to cook. Just seeing his happy face about his food is enough for me to keep doing this gig called mom life ❤
Try this at home. Dip it in ketchup or eat it with steamed rice. Kids will love this!
