🚑 First Aid for Fire Burns:
If someone gets burned, act immediately:

1. Call 911 – Report to proper authorities for serious injuries
2. Cool the burn – Place under cool running water for 10–20 minutes
3. Remove tight items – Rings, watches, or tight clothing before swelling starts
4. Cover the burn – Use a clean, non-stick cloth or bandage
5. Do NOT apply ice, toothpaste, oil, or butter
6. Do NOT pop blisters – This increases risk of infection

🚨 CRRMU Earthquake Drill 2026: Preparedness in Action 🚨

The CELTECH Risk Reduction Management Unit successfully participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill held on March 12, 2026.

We would like to thank Sir. Morris Duane Avergonzado, who shared valuable insights during the orientation on earthquake preparedness and safety.

The Kalaklan First Response Unit, led by Chief Angel Rombana, also served as our observer during the activity.

After the orientation, the CRRMU team led by the CRRMU President Aidan Layacan executed the earthquake drill successfully, showing coordination, preparedness, and commitment to campus safety.

The Celtech Risk Reduction Management Unit (CRRMU) will conduct an Earthquake Drill on March 12, 2026 at 3:30 PM within the Celtech College Olongapo campus.

This activity aims to strengthen awareness, preparedness, and proper response during earthquake emergencies. All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate and cooperate throughout the drill.
