A study in rhythm and restraint—this conceptual rowhouse design explores bold vertical fins, layered horizontals, and warm material contrasts to create depth and privacy within a compact footprint. Still relevant years later, it’s a quiet take on modern tropical living where light, ventilation, and clean geometry lead the way.

The kitchen and dining aren’t separate rooms — they’re one continuous experience.

This throwback concept explores how both spaces work together as a single composition:
• A kitchen that stays grounded and refined, letting materials and lighting set the tone
• A dining area positioned as the social core, directly connected to light and landscape
• Clean horizontal and vertical lines that keep everything visually aligned
• Warm textures balanced with darker finishes to create depth without clutter
