Today, we honor the gallantry of the heroes of Bataan and Corregidor, whose selfless sacrifice paved the way for the freedoms we cherish today. Their legacy of courage is the very foundation upon which our citizen-army stand.

Despite the hurdles, Class HIRA-SIKLAB faced every trial with unwavering grit, eventually rising to lead as the Ruling Class.

Their success is a testament to the perseverance and excellence that define a true cadet. On 23 March 2026, the 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭, led by Corps Commander C/LTC Ver Vincent U Tangihan 1CL, spearheaded the ceremonial rites for the Batch 2026 Commencement Exercises and Moving Up Ceremonies at Robinsons Cinema 4, Fairview, Quezon City. Centered on the theme "𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑵𝒂𝒈𝒔𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒕𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒔: 𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒂𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒂𝒚 𝒌𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒌𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒐" the selected Cadet Officers performed the Cross Swords Ceremony, where cadets formed a majestic arch of steel to honor the graduates and mark their transition to the next chapter of their lives. In celebration of the National ROTC Month 2026, the 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 under the leadership of MAJ EDWIN A FLORIDA PA (Res), Commandant we celebrate by the theme, "𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬: 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲" each and every cadet who continue to dedicate there lives to service and leadership in there respective units.

The 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 under the leadership of MAJ EDWIN A FLORIDA PA (Res), Commandant conducted its 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘 of 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐄 𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐒𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝟐 on 21 March 2026 (Saturday) at OLLTC Covered Court Gymnasium Annex Bldg. The Basic Cadets and Cadettes commenced their Final Formation for the rehearsal of the Closing Ceremony of NSTP CWTS/ ROTC MS2, MS 32 & MS 42 Spearheaded by our Admin NCO Ssg Roldan F Fradriquela (Inf) PA and Advance Cadet Officers.

The Closing Ceremony event is started to the arrival of keynote speaker, Dr. Marissa L Sison, the Corporate Secretary of OLLTC Mr. Christopher P Alamares and also our ROTC Training Staffs first the our Commandant, MAJ EDWIN A FLORIDA PA (RES), Tactical Officer, 2LT BRYAN I PALABAY PA (RES) and lastly the Admin NCO, Ssg Roldan F Fradriquela (Inf) PA and the CWTS professors.After that followed by the Entrance of Colors led by Cadet Officers then it was immediately followed by the invocation led by C/LTC VER VINCENT U TANGIHAN 1CL, Corps Commander, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, Lupang Hinirang. The OLLTC Corporate secretary Mr. Christopher P Alamares has his welcoming remarks for NSTP CWTS & ROTC cadets and Cadettes. Followed by the presentation of CWTS students for graduates presented by Mr. Vhem D.R Cuaresma CWTS Professor. After that the declaration of graduates is declared by Dr. Marissa L Sison, NSTP Coordinator.

After the declaration of the students of CWTS students, SSg Roldan F Fadriquela (Inf) PA, Admin NCO presented the basic ROTC cadets and cadettes for graduates of MS 2 and 42. Followed by Declaration of Graduates is declared by MAJ EDWIN A FLORIDA PA (RES), Commandant the graduated cadets of Military Science 2 & 42. After that the CWTS faculties distributed the Certificates and awards of their students, followed by ROTC Training staffs distributed the graduation Certificates and awards of the cadets and cadettes. Next is the Turn-Over of newly enlisted reservist and their oath of allegiance lead by MAJ EDWIN A FLORIDA PA (RES), Commandant Followed by Acceptance of newly enlisted reservist and oath taking led by 2LT BRAYAN I PALABAY Executive Officer, “Alpha” Company from 1st RRIBn our Tactical Officer. Followed by the introduction of KEYNOTE SPEAKERS introduced by Mr. Vhem D.R Cuaresma NSTP Professor for the message of our GOHAS led by Dr. Marissa L Sison, NSTP Coordinator.

After the message, the class impression is started by C/LTC VER VINCENT U TANGIHAN 1CL our Corps Commander to give the inspirations for his subordinates and followed by the cadettes from Batch MASIGLAHI C/Pvt Shane Marian Miguel 3CL to give the thankful and inspiration message for his batch mates. Followed by giving tokens to keynote speakers headed by Mr. Christopher P Alamares, OLLTC Corporate Secretary and Lastly before the ceremony ended followed a heart-full mass singing of Pilipinas kong Mahal. After that the Cadets Officers performed the Exit of Colors for the closing of this program and we had the photo opportunity before we end the ceremony for the CWTS/ ROTC Cadets and Cadettes. Once again Congratulations Batch MASIGLAHI Class of 2026.
