‎𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || Aklan State University - New Washington Campus ROTC Unit, New Washington, Aklan, Conducted the Special Instruction on 09 MAY 2026, held at ASU New Washington Campus.

‎OOA 0700H, 2Lt Juneto C Soberano PA (Res), Tactical Officer, together with Msg Cesar P Gellangcanao PA (Res), and Sgt Ronel F Isturis PA (Res) under the supervision of 601CDC, Conducted the Special Instruction held at Aklan State University-New Washington Campus, New Washington, Aklan. The activity commenced with the mass formation of cadets, followed by the conduct of the CIVAC. Then the cadets were separated according to their designated activities in preparation for upcoming NSTP ROTC-CWTS Commencement Exercises 2026 and Familiarization of Firing. Said activity ended at about 1630H the same day, after the checking of attendance.

‎With a strong commitment to excellence, discipline, and continuous growth, the 𝐀𝐊𝐋𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘—𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑'𝐒 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐏𝐒 (𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂), successfully conducted the 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 2026 on APRIL 10 at the 𝐀𝐒𝐔—𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐁𝐎 𝐅𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐃.

‎The event marked a significant milestone as cadets from 𝐀𝐒𝐔-𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓, 𝐀𝐒𝐔-𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐁𝐎 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓, 𝐀𝐒𝐔-𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐉𝐀𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓, 𝐀𝐒𝐔-𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐖𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐓𝐎𝐍 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐒𝐔-𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐎 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓 gathered and actively participated, demonstrating their dedication to the 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 program.

‎The program opened with a solemn invocation led by 𝐒𝐠𝐭. 𝐑𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐅 𝐈𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), setting a respectful and focused tone for the entire activity. This was followed by the welcome remarks of 𝐌𝐬𝐠. 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐄 𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), who emphasized the value of discipline, unity, and the continuous pursuit of improvement among cadets. The introduction of distinguished guests was delivered by 𝐌𝐚𝐣. 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐍 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), recognizing the presence of key individuals who play vital roles in the success of the inspection. To formally begin the 𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈 2026, 𝐂𝐨𝐥. 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐨 𝐕 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀, led the ceremonial turnover of the ROTC Unit to the 𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌, officially signaling the start of the evaluation.

‎The inspection proper featured a series of activities that highlighted the cadets’ skills and preparedness. These included Ceremonial Parade, Ranks Inspection, Theoretical Examination, Map Reading, Military Stakes, and Rifle Inspection, comprehensively assessing both administrative efficiency and tactical proficiency. Each segment showcased the cadets’ discipline, coordination, and teamwork—reflecting the countless hours of training, effort, and commitment they have invested.

‎The closing remarks, delivered by the 𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 and 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 on behalf of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐀. 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧, 𝐒𝐔𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐈𝐈, commended the unit for their outstanding performance and reaffirmed the university’s unwavering support in developing competent, disciplined, and service-oriented future leaders.

‎The activity started with the Total Strength of 265 Cadets and Cadettes then proceed with the Formation followed to the designated area and proceeded to polishing the area, then at 0800H returned to the formation and the cadets were separated according to their designated activities in preparation for upcoming Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection 2026 (RAATI 2026). Said activity ended at about 1130H the same day, after the checking of attendance. After which, the same day OOA 1300H, Special Instruction was conducted in preparation for the upcoming Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection 2026 (RAATI 2026), the said activity ended at about 1530H, after the checking of attendance.

‎OOA 0700H, The activity was led by Col Delfin C Consolacion Jr, INF (GSC) PA, the 601st CDC Director and Maj Juanito N Mangaoang PA (Res), the Aklan State University ROTC Unit Commandant, together with the ASU ROTC Training Staff.

‎Aklan State University ROTC Unit demonstrate strong unity, discipline, and preparedness among its cadets and officers. Through collective effort and proper preparation of administrative records, equipment, and training requirements, the unit ensured compliance with the standards set for the inspection.
