Whether you’re feeling anxious, stressed, or simply overwhelmed, you deserve the support you need. Every emotion you feel is valid, and every effort you make to improve your mental health matters.

Let’s commit to creating a community where everyone feels safe to talk openly about their mental well-being without judgment. Together, we can end the stigma, support one another, and build a culture of care and compassion. 💛

Ikaw ba ay isang Teen Mom? Sali na sa aming support group!

Ang teen moms ay ang mga batang babaeng edad 13-19 na mayroon ng anak. Karamihan sa mga teen moms ang nakakaranas ng maraming pagsubok gaya ng pinansyal, nutrisyon, o stigma, na nagdudulot ng masamang sa kanilang pisikal, mental, at kabuuang kalusugan. Dahil dito, mahalagang matutukan at mabigyan sila ng suporta sa kanilang mga pangangailangan upang masiguro na sila ay magiging handa at ligtas sa mga pagsubok na dala ng isang pagiging magulang.

Kaya naman iniimbitahan namin kayo, kasama ang Likhaan Center for Women's Health Inc., na maging bahagi ng aming support group para sa mga teen moms dito sa ating lungsod upang masiguro ang access sa tamang impormasyon at mga serbisyong pangkalusugan.
