This stage lays the safe, reliable foundation for the building’s full power supply.

Our team conducted a site visit today to assess and plan the electrical works for this proposed office. We carefully reviewed the layout, site conditions, and requirements to ensure a safe, efficient, and fully compliant system tailored for the space.

Every detail is considered to deliver a reliable and high-quality electrical solution as we move this project forward. 💡⚡

🔌 ELECTRICAL WORKS UPDATE: FROM ROUGH-IN TO FINISH – ALMOST THERE! 🔌

Big milestone achieved! 🚀 Our electrical works have progressed beautifully from the very beginning—starting with the rough wiring and conduit installation, where everything was raw and behind the surfaces, up to now where everything is neatly fitted, connected, and looking clean and professional.

We have successfully completed all main works: wiring, grounding, fixture installation, panel setup, and initial testing. Now, we are entering the final stage: PUNCHLISTING. This is where we do a thorough inspection, check every single point, fix minor adjustments, and ensure that no detail is missed—guaranteeing a system that is safe, efficient, and fully functional.

Seeing the transformation from rough cabling to a fully finished electrical system is always satisfying. Every step was done with precision and care. We are almost at the finish line! Thank you for your trust and support—final turnover is coming very soon! ⚡✅
