BiPSUnistas! Eager to learn more about our local history, roots, and heritage?
Don't miss this chance to participate in the "Naval at 162 Years: A Review of its Historical Beginnings” symposium on September 23, 2022, Friday, at BiPSU gymnasium from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
In partnership with Bilir and the Municipality Of Naval, other stakeholders will also attend the symposium to celebrate the Naval’s history and culture. Prof. Rolando Borrinaga, a historian and nationally-acclaimed author and journalist, will be giving a keynote lecture. At the same time, a panel of reactors is selected to initiate discourse and discussions.
Following OP Memorandum Order No. 105, series of 2022, students who participate in this event will be excused from their respective classes.

NO UNIFORM, NO ENTRY: Starting Monday, April 4, students attending the face-to-face classes but not in the prescribed uniform will not be allowed to enter the University.
According to Vice President for Students and External Affairs, Dr. Erwin G. Salvatierra, the University will enforce its uniform policy on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
"It is our policy, as stated in the Students' Handbook, for students to be dressed in their proper school uniform while on campus."
Students who have not yet received their uniforms are encouraged to either follow up with the University Garments or purchase the fabric and have their uniforms sewn outside of the University.

The long holiday break is over, BiPSUnistas!
Pursuant to Memorandum Order no. 142, s. 2021 from the Office of the University President, our flexible learning classes officially resume TODAY, January 3, 2022, with the Midterm Examinations for the 1st semester of the AY 2021-2022 scheduled on January 3-8, 2022.
Moreover, by virtue of the same order, the implementation of Phase 2 - Reopening of Limited Face-to-face Classes of All Curricular Program Offerings will start on January 10 this year following Cyclical Student Shifting Model:
Week 1 (January 10-15) - School of Engineering, School of Arts and Sciences; Week 2 (January 17-22) - School of Technology and Computer Studies, School of Teacher Education;
Week 3 (January 24-29) - School of Management and Entrepreneurship; Week 4 (January 31-February 5) - School of Nursing and Health Sciences, School of Criminal Justice Education.
For BiPSU-Biliran Campus and the School of Graduate Studies, considering their student population, the Dean and Program Chairperson may propose implementing the students' full participation with the approval of the Crisis Management Committee (CMC).
Important Notes:
1. The limited face-to-face classes are only open to FULLY VACCINATED students and teaching and non-teaching personnel.
2. Students who opt not to join the limited face-to-face classes shall continue with Flexible Learning.
3. Students who wish to take part in the limited face-to-face classes must first register with PhilHealth Insurance before starting the classes.
4. Laboratory High School will continue to use the Flexible Learning delivery system with the University's pending application for limited face-to-face classes before the Department of Education (DepEd).
