Before starting our hands-on activities, participants learned about Basic Food Sanitation Practices, Food Contaminants, and the Functions of Ingredients essential knowledge in ensuring food quality, safety, and proper processing.

Nacario, and our valued partner agencies DTI, DA, DOLE, BFAR and LGU Sagñay headed by Mayor John Vincent Fuentebella.
