Words carry quiet power—they can break us down, or lift us beyond what we thought possible. When chosen with intention, they become the very force that helps us rise above life’s challenges.
Madalas, ang unang naririnig natin ay ang sarili nating boses na nagsasabing, “Hindi ko kaya.” Doubt creeps in before belief even has a chance to grow. Pero paano kung baguhin natin ang simula? Paano kung piliin nating maniwala muna, bago magduda?
I’ve come to realize this: when you align your words with your dreams—and back them up with action—something shifts. Doors open. Strength appears. Possibilities expand. Hindi sapat ang paniniwala lang; kailangan itong samahan ng tiwala at pagkilos.
Every challenge holds a hidden opportunity. Every doubt can be reshaped into determination. And it all begins with the words we tell ourselves each day.
