The event aims to promote digital literacy, creativity, entrepreneurship, and future-ready capabilities among students, educators, and academic communities in the Bicol Region. It also seeks to support higher education institutions in adapting to the rapidly evolving digital and innovation-driven environment through Industry 5.0 media production training and collaborative learning opportunities.

Due to the ongoing 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, the on-site access of the library will be 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 starting on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. During this period, library personnel will be securing and organizing library collections to ensure their safety prior to the rehabilitation activities. The 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 will also be conducted simultaneously.
