Make sure your library card is already validated.
📌 First-year students: Your first-issued library card is already validated upon release.

🗓️ For those with unvalidated library cards:
You may have your library card validated this Thursday.
📌 After validation, you may proceed with clearance signing on the same day.

✅ 3. Return ALL Borrowed Books
All borrowed books must be returned before clearance can be signed.

For a smooth and efficient process, please ensure that you have:
• completed the online clearance form,
• a validated library card, and
• returned all borrowed books
