Sinasabi ko sa inyo, mamuhay kayo ayon sa Espiritu at hindi ninyo pagbibigyan ang mga pagnanasa ng laman. AMEN

Mga kapatid, bilang isang kristiano, nararapat nating palakasin ang ating Espiritwal na sarili at puksain natin ang ating laman dahil ito ang nagiging sanhi upang tayo ay mahulog sa kasalanan. Tayo ay araw-araw na magdasal na gabayan tayo ng ating Panginoon sa pagpuksa ng laman at palakasin pa ang ating pananampalataya.
