ICYMI: Rod Napoleon M. Evangelista, 19, from Poblacion 4, Moncada, Tarlac, was crowned Mr. PYAP Moncada 2025.

“This title is more than an honor, it’s a responsibility to lead with love, empower others, and create positive change in our community,” Rod told TTKK.

Rod’s journey was full of challenges from juggling school and practice to overcoming self-doubt. But with the support of family, friends, and mentors, he pushed through and kept his eyes on the goal.
