The remedy is simple; Fix your eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen.Verbalize your trust in Me, the Living One who sees you always. I will get you safely through this day and all your days . But you can find Me only in the present. Each day is a precious gift from My Father. How ridiculous to grasp for future gifts when todays is set before you ! Receive today’s gift gratefully, unwrapping it tenderly and delving into its depths. As you savor this gift , you find Me.

Ezekiel 3 calls believers to consume God’s Word intimately and serve as faithful "watchmen," delivering His message regardless of whether people listen. By "eating the scroll," we digest Scripture, letting it become part of us. We are commissioned to warn others of judgment and share the Gospel, trusting God with the results.
Are you merely reading the Bible, or are you "eating" it? True spiritual digestion leads to obedient action. Consider your "watchman" role: God has placed you in your family, workplace, or community to share His truth, even if it is uncomfortable or ignored. Let the "sweetness" of His Word fuel your courage to speak with love and clarity, leaving the outcomes to Him
