- The laptop was facing multiple problems because it hasn't been taken care of for a while
- sadly it broke a number of things such as the RAM, The SSD, some keys on the keyboard don't work, and then the speakers. The laptop won't boot to POST as well
- we managed to recondition it to the best that we could, but now with a new SSD, some cleaning and overhauling and then a speaker repair, at least it is now considered usable 🙂
