These Exit Conferences represent more than just a formal requirement; they are a testament to the versatility of the Human Services profession. By immersing our practitioners in both industrial and school settings, we have bridged the gap between policy-driven local governance and the grassroots support found in our educational systems.

Through every challenge faced at the LGU and every student interaction at MDNHS, our interns have demonstrated that the core of our discipline remains constant: understanding, advocating for, and uplifting the human spirit.

As we transition from the field back to the halls of our institution, we carry forward the invaluable mentorship of our supervisors and the lived experiences of the community members we served. The field experience may have reached its finish line, but the lifelong practice of dedicated service is only just beginning.

Yesterday, March 18, the halls of Primera Function Hall were filled with more than just music and celebration—they were filled with the stories, sacrifices, and shared triumphs of the Bachelor in Human Services (BHumServ) Class of 2026.

We gathered not just to receive recognition, but to honor the resilience it took to reach this milestone. Each certificate held represents hours of service, deep empathy, and a steadfast commitment to uplifting our community.

As we leave the Primera Function Hall, we carry with us a strengthened bond and a shared mission. The field experience has concluded, but our journey as catalysts for change has only just begun.

Sa bawat larangan ng lipunan—sa agrikultura, edukasyon, kalusugan, negosyo, sining, agham, pamahalaan, at tahanan—ang kababaihan ay patuloy na nagpapakita ng tapang, talino, at malasakit. Hindi lamang sila bahagi ng pagbabago, sila mismo ang nagtataguyod ng isang mas maunlad, mas makatarungan, at mas inklusibong kinabukasan para sa lahat.

Ngayong Buwan ng Kababaihan 2025, ipinagdiriwang natin ang di matatawarang ambag ng mga Pilipina sa paghubog ng Bagong Pilipinas. Sama-sama tayong magpatuloy sa laban para sa pagkakapantay-pantay, katarungan, at mas maraming oportunidad para sa lahat.

Sa bawat babaeng bumabangon, umaangat ang buong bayan!
