With the initiatives of Gov. Emmylou “Lala” J. Taliño-Mendoza, and the dedicated efforts of the Integrated Provincial Health Office and Municipal Health Office personnel, MPES is all set to warmly welcome our Grave 5 campers here in Midsayap!

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭: 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫!

During SOSA 2026, MPES proudly reported the 100% utilization of its ₱4.2 million combined school and other funds, ensuring every resource was fully maximized for our learners.

In her State of the School Address, School Head Dr. Lani F. Anito presented the school’s accomplishments and best practices, emphasizing that progress is achieved through unity. “𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒂 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒏, 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏,” she shared.

She highlighted that resilience, teamwork, and continuous improvement defined the school’s journey this year. Guided by the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), MPES’ enrollment figures showed a steady continuity with the previous year, reflecting the growing trust of the school community.

This was made possible through campaigns like rekorida and the active participation of parents during Brigada Eskwela.

Dr. Anito also underscored the school’s focus on quality education—ensuring all teaching staff received professional development training, with several earning promotions, while pupils benefited from remedial and enrichment programs supported by partnerships with private and public sectors.

Facility upgrades were also shared, including new pathways, a central kitchen, a library, completed comfort rooms, and a soon-to-be-turned-over covered court, all designed to create a safer and more engaging learning environment.

She highlighted MPES’s collaboration with Notre Dame of Midsayap College through the NSTP-LTS program, where college students mentored Grades 4–6 in one-on-one remedial reading and numeracy, leading to notable improvements in student performance.

The school also excelled in competitions, producing qualifiers in journalism, Filipino, and English, and a student placing second in the DRRM Pagsulat ng Tula division contest. MPES maintains a functional School Governance Council, increased stakeholder involvement, and an active Child Protection Committee that regularly conducts advocacy activities.

One of the school’s most significant achievements is being recognized by the Department of Health as a Certified Healthy Learning Institution, earning a Very Satisfactory rating of 91.23% and ranking second in Region XII.

Ngayong araw, nakiisa ang Midsayap Pilot Elementary School sa 1st Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) bilang bahagi ng pagpapalakas ng kahandaan ng mga mag-aaral sa panahon ng sakuna.

Isinagawa ang pagsasanay na DUCK, COVER, at HOLD. Sa pamamagitan nito, patuloy na pinapalakas ang kamalayan, disiplina, at kaligtasan ng buong paaralan at tinututukan ang mga tamang hakbang upang maging alisto, kalmado, at handa sakaling magkaroon ng lindol o iba pang sakuna.

𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬!

Here’s a glimpse of our Dental Health Month activity, in which we promoted proper oral hygiene among our learners by distributing toothbrushes and running an awareness drive on the importance of dental care.

During the activity, learners were reminded that brushing at least twice a day, eating less sugary foods, and having regular dental check-ups are essential steps toward preventing tooth decay and maintaining overall health.

Together, let us continue encouraging our learners to practice good oral hygiene and keep their smiles bright and healthy every day!

Non-graded learners of Midsayap Pilot Elementary School proudly celebrated the culmination of Intellectual Disability Week with the theme, “Ginintuang Ani ng Pag-ibig Tungo sa Matagumpay at Tunay na Inklusyon.”

Through meaningful presentations and active participation, students showcased their talents, confidence, and unique abilities. Indeed, a true inclusion for all.
