UPCAT 2027 Important Dates

Applications for UPCAT 2027 will open soon. Current Grade 11 students expecting to start college in 2027 should take note of the following dates:

March 2026*: Application Period
- Applicant: Online Form 1
- Senior High School: Form 2A
July 2026*: Release of Digital Test Permits
August 1 and 2, 2026: UPCAT Exam Dates
August 2026*: Submission of Grades
- Applicant: Online Form 2B
- Senior High School: Form 2A
- School or Applicant: Hardcopy of Grades (Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11)

*Specific dates will be announced during the start of application.

Please make sure that you have your valid school ID or any government-issued ID on the day of the UPCAT.

📌 HIRING: Online Tutors (Elementary & JHS)
Work Setup: Work-from-Home (must have reliable internet & computer)
Schedule: At least 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Teach all subjects (Elementary & Junior High School)

Handle an average of 2 students per session

Provide clear explanations, exercises, and guidance

Coordinate with the Director and Academic Assistant for schedules/updates

Support Study Hard’s 24/7 online assistance through Messenger group chats

Qualifications:

College Graduate (any course, Education-related is an advantage)

Proficient in Math, English, Science, Filipino, and Araling Panlipunan

Strong communication and teaching skills

Patient, reliable, and professional

With good internet connection and a reliable computer

Must be available weekdays, 5PM–8PM

📌 HIRING: Executive Assistant for Academic Operations
Work Setup: Work-from-Home (must have reliable internet & computer)
Schedule: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Send Google Meet links to students and tutors

Coordinate with tutors and supervise Messenger group chats

Ensure messages in group chats are seen and addressed promptly (24/7 responsiveness required)

Handle student/tutor records (Excel, Sheets)

Prepare documents (Word, PPT, PDF)

Create simple designs using Canva

Assist the Director with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

College graduate (any course)

Computer literate (Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, Canva)

Familiarity with AI tools is a plus

Organized, reliable, and excellent in communication

Must be always reachable via Messenger to help maintain 24/7 online support for students

Qualifying Stage is on October 18, 2025.

The Department of Education (DepEd) should provide the learning competencies of the new subjects and learning resources for the Strengthened Senior High School (SHS) before June 16.

DepEd should also release a memo as soon as possible (ASAP) about the changes because some schools are still uninformed of the revisions; hence, they may still implement the original proposal.
