Duties & Responsibilities
✓ Verifying policy information.
✓ Assist in processing claims.
✓ Prepares a transmittal report of all documents forwarded to the
Head Office.
✓ Answers phones and directs all incoming calls to the appropriate
party promptly and efficiently.
✓ Coordinates and assists Insured in filing and submission of
documentary requirements.
✓ Checks and evaluates the authenticity and completeness of the
documents submitted.
✓ Coordinates with insurance adjusters regarding the investigation
of the claim
