-Organic Ingredients-
1 Garlic Clove Crushed
1/4 Tsp Fresh Ginger Finely Grated
1 Drop of Oregano, Eucalyptus, or TeaTree Food Grade Oil
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Lemon Juiced
1 Tsp Raw Local and Unfiltered Honey
1/2 C of Hot Water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a cup and immediately drink all at once.
Additional Tips:
* I like using North American Herb & Spice's Oil of Wild Oregano called Oreganol.
*Use at the first sign of sickness.
*Not recommended for children 8 years and younger; however, use your best judgement.
*No amount of honey will make this taste any better.
*Best to drink it as fast as possible.
*Not ideal for symptoms that include vomiting.
*For sensitive stomachs, take with a soup or crackers.
