🔥 40°C Heat Index: Kaya mo bang balewalain ang init?
Ngayong May 11, 2026, naitala ng Tanqui Automated Weather Station ang 40°C Heat Index, na nasa Extreme Caution level. Hindi ito simpleng “mainit lang.” Sa ganitong init, puwedeng tumaas ang panganib ng heat cramps, heat exhaustion, at heat stroke.

👀 Quick check:
Naranasan mo na ba ang matinding hilo, panghihina, pulikat, sakit ng ulo, o sobrang pagpapawis habang nasa initan?
Baka hindi lang iyan simpleng pagod.
Mas dapat mag-ingat kung ikaw ay:
✅ matagal sa init
✅ nagko-commute o naglalakad sa araw
✅ outdoor worker
✅ kulang sa tubig
✅ walang sapat na pahinga
✅ may hypertension, diabetes, sakit sa puso, o kidney disease

Tandaan ang 3 simpleng proteksyon ngayong tag-init:
💧 TUBIG – Uminom bago pa mauhaw.
🌳 LILIM – Iwasan ang direktang araw; humanap ng malamig o shaded na lugar.
🪑 PAHINGA – Mag-break kapag nahihilo, nanghihina, o sobrang pinagpapawisan.
⚠️ Mag-ER agad o tumawag ng tulong kapag may pagkalito, pagkawala ng malay, tuloy-tuloy na pagsusuka, sobrang init ng katawan, o hirap huminga. Ito ay maaaring senyales ng heat stroke.
