📌 Registration Period: January 25 – February 15, 2025
📌 How to Register: Visit the school and bring the following requirements:

➡️Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
➡️Duly accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form
➡️Must be five (5) years old on or before August 31, 2025 (DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018)

Alang sa Libas Elementary School nga mga GINIKANAN/Guardians:
1. Pormal na nga pagasugdan ang pangpanglista/ENROLMENT alang sa School Year:2022-2023 karong LUNES, JULY 25, 2022.
2. Pagkuha ug Learner Enrolment and Survey Form (LESF) sa dropbox sa eskwelahan.
3. Suwatan o Fill-upan ang LESF sa mga importanteng detalye nga gikinahanglan.
4. Sa panahon nga makahuman na kamo pagfill up o pagsuwat sa LESF - ihulog/ibutang sa dropbox sa Grade Level diin ka nag enrol lakip ang mga requirements sa pag enrol.
5. Mga KINAHANGLANON/REQUIREMENTS sa pag enrol:
🌻 KINDER:
* xerox copy PSA/LCR or Live Birth Certificate
🌻TRANSFEREE:
* Report Card
* xerox copy PSA/LCR or Live Birth Certificate
🌻Non-transfer/Regular School Learner:

6. Sa tanan nga buluhaton nga dili malikayan ang pisikal kontak kinahanglan ang estriktong pagsunod sa minimum health standards sama sa:
* Pagpanghugas sa mga kamot o mag hand sanitize
* Social distancing
* Pagsuot ug facemask
* Temperature checking
🌻Ang mga INAHAN/AMAHAN/GUARDIANS lamang ang pwede muari sa eskwelahan.
🌻Magdala ug kaugalingong BOLPEN para sa pagsulat.
