Ito po ang katotohanan at hindi ang ipinagkakalat ng ibang kandidato na si Mayor Alex Pajarillo daw po ang nagpi-pending ng release ng cash grant sa mga benificiaries ng 4P's lalo na sa coastal barangays dito sa bayan ng Mercedes. Isa na naman pong patunay ng mga walang basehan na komentaryo at paninira ng mga kalaban sa politika. Ginagamit ang issue upang kayo po ay papaniwalain sa mga maling akusasyon. DSWD-Bicol ANNOUNCES DELAYED RELEASE OF 4Ps CASH GRANTS.

LEGAZPI CITY - The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) regional office here has announced the delayed release of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) cash grants to its beneficiaries.

DSWD Regional Director Arnel Garcia, in an interview on Wednesday, said the delay in release will cover the months of December 2018 and January 2019.

"The Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) has yet to secure the permission from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to procure conduits during election ban. Conduits are responsible for the conduct of over-the-counter 4Ps pay-out," Garcia explained.

“The cash grants will be released in June 2019 as announced by LBP,” he added.

This is the official response of PDP Laban - Mercedes on the allegations of Councilor Frankie Ramos that the Party paid 300.00 Pesos to the participants of the Unity Walk & Grand Rally held last April 7, 2019 which was attended by more or less 3,000 strong supporters :

1) Walang katotohanan ang kanyang bintang, at itoy nagpapakita kung gaano siya kabilis gumawa ng kasinungalingan at kung gaano kababaw at kabulok ang kanyang pamumulitika. Mahilig magpahayag ng walang basehan. Mag ingat, ang sinungaling ay ama ng diyablo.!

2) Ang bintang ni Ramos ay insulto sa mga taga suporta ng PDP Laban Mercedes at hindi dapat palampasin. Ang Partido ay naghahanda na ng asunto laban kay Ramos dahil sa kanyang kasinungalingan. Hindi dapat palampasin ang mga gawaing iresponsable at fake news dahil may batas na para dito.

3) Kaylan man ay hindi naging polsiya ng PDP- Laban Mercedes ang bayaran ang mga sasama sa mga gawain nito.

4)Nanawagan ang Partido na huwag botohan ang mga kandidatong katulad ni Ramos na walang ginawa kundi mag sinungaling at manira ng kapuwa.

5)Ano na ba ang nagawa na ni Ramos sa bayan ng Mercedes? Ang sabihing scholars at walang babayaran ang mga estudyante na kanyang ni-recruit pra mag-enroll sa mga paaralan sa Daet at pagdating ng oras ay may mga bayarin din pala ang kawawang mga magulang?

Panahon para ibulgar at tanggalan ng maskara si Ramos!
Huwag iboto sa Mayo 13!!!
