The hiring of Teacher I (Salary Grade 11) in public schools is governed by DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2023, which provides the updated guidelines for recruitment, selection, and appointment.
📌 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS (CSC)
✔ Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education (BSEd/BEEd), OR
Bachelor’s degree with at least 18 professional education units
✔ Eligibility:
LET Passer (Professional Teacher – RA 1080)
✔ Experience:
None required
✔ Training:
None required

Applicants must submit the following:
📌Letter of Intent addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent
📌Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with Work Experience Sheet (WES)
📌CSC Form 212 (Revised 2025)
📌Photocopy of PRC License and Board Rating (authenticated)
📌Transcript of Records (TOR)
📌Diploma
📌Certificates of Training/Seminars (if any)
📌Certificates of Employment (if with experience)
📌Performance Rating (if previously employed in DepEd)
📌Omnibus Sworn Statement
📌Other documents required by the Division Office

📢 DEPED 2026 TRANCHE SALARY INCREASE
(Salary Standardization Law VI – Fourth Tranche Implementation)
The 2026 salary increase for DepEd teaching and non-teaching personnel is part of the Salary Standardization Law (SSL) VI, which provides a four-year salary adjustment (2024–2027) for government employees.
For 2026, this is the third tranche of the scheduled increases.
📅 When Will It Be Implemented?
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Automatically reflected in payroll once DBM releases the Notice of Salary Adjustment.
Includes back pay if implementation is delayed.

📌 Important Notes
✔ This increase is mandatory for all national government agencies, including DepEd.
✔ Applies to permanent, provisional, and regular plantilla positions.
✔ Separate from allowances such as:
Mid-Year Bonus
Year-End Bonus
Performance-Based Bonus (PBB)
Clothing Allowance
Chalk/Teaching Allowance
🎯 What to Expect in 2027
The final tranche (4th tranche) will be implemented on January 1, 2027, completing the SSL VI salary adjustments.
