This is to inform the general public that starting 𝐉𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, we will strictly requiring 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐒 to be signed and sealed only by a 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓.

This is in line with the Supreme Court Ruling GR No. 200015 & GR No. 205846 promulgated March 2023 upholding Section 302 par.3&4 of the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096).

𝐏𝐀𝐇𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐎 | Sugod Pebrero 1,2024, ARCHITECTURAL DOCUMENTS nga pirmado ug giselyohan lang sa registered ug licensed architect ang dawaton sa City Engineering Office-Office of the Building Official.

Subay kini sa usa ka Supreme Court Ruling nga nagsuporta sa Section 302 sa National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096) nga ang usa ka registrado ug lisensyado nga Architect lang ang pwede maka pirma og architectural document.

Ang maong dokumento gikinahanglan sa pag-apply og Building Permit.
