𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐨 𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 2026: 𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞

The spirit of volunteerism and compassion was once again evident as the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Buso National High School successfully conducted the 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙤 𝙉𝙃𝙎 𝙎𝙎𝙇𝙂 𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 2026, marking its 𝙨𝙞𝙭𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 for the young learners of the Barangay Buso Child Development Center.

This year’s outreach activity was especially meaningful as it coincided with the Moving Up Ceremony of the Child Development Center learners. The event became a joyful celebration not only of the children’s accomplishments but also of the strong partnership between the school and the community in supporting early childhood education.

The outreach program was 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙎𝙇𝙂 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙤 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡, symbolizing the continuity of student leadership and their commitment to community service. Through simple gifts, food, and heartfelt messages, the student leaders shared encouragement and joy with the young learners on their special day.

The activity was made possible through the generosity of the SSLG’s partners and donors. 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐛𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐌. 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 10 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 prepared the loot bags, while 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐃. 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 9 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐊𝐞𝐝 𝐏. 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 10 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐲 contributed school supplies for the children. Cash assistance was also extended by several teachers and supporters, namely:

The program was warmly welcomed by 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗔𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻. Also present were 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗜 𝗔𝗹𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗼 𝗕. 𝗦𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝗿. and 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖. 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗼, who expressed their appreciation for the generosity and cooperation of the school community.

Now on its sixth year, the 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗼 𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 continues to strengthen the spirit of service among Busonians while fostering meaningful connections with the community.

The 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐨 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫–𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐞 2026, with the theme “𝑨 𝑵𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒍𝒆, 𝑺𝒐𝒑𝒉𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔,” was a magical evening where Busonians came together to celebrate friendship, elegance, and the unforgettable moments of high school life. Dressed in stunning gowns and sharp suits, students lit up the venue with their confidence and style, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement, laughter, and meaningful connections.

The program featured several special highlights that made the evening even more memorable. Among these was the 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐨 𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐘 2026–2027, marking the beginning of a new chapter of student leadership and service. A significant moment followed with the 𝑻𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔, where outgoing SSLG President 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐞 𝐒. 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐨 symbolically passed the key to the newly elected president 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐥 𝐃. 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐨, signifying the continuation of leadership, commitment, and dedication to the student body.

Adding glamour and excitement to the night were the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 where students gracefully took the floor in a beautiful display of poise and celebration, and the much-anticipated 𝐆𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐳 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, which recognized the outstanding elegance, confidence, and charm of the evening’s attendees. Indeed, JS Prom 2026 was more than just a formal gathering—it was a celebration of memories, milestones, and the vibrant spirit of the Buso National High School community.

This remarkable event was successfully organized by the 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐘 2025–2026, serving as one of their meaningful legacies for the Buso NHS community. Their dedication, teamwork, and leadership made the evening truly special for every Busonian. The organizers also extend their heartfelt gratitude to 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐞 "𝐉𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐲" 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐲𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠 for his generous cash assistance, whose support helped make the celebration more memorable and meaningful for the students. ✨
