The latest chapter for FHD will begin with the creation of Mr. & Mrs. Bartolome's dream home in the capital city of Bulacan. A family home will be built on this lot, with a lovely view of the farmlands on the northwest side and the village amenities on the south.

The location is situated in Marilao, Bulacan's Town & Country North Subdivision.

The neighborhood has a history of being a fish pond, and the house's structural construction is complicated by the area's swampy soil. As we resolve this kind of issue, please follow along.

2023 will begin with the launch of a new project called L Residence. A new beginning for Mr. & Mrs. Lim, our cherished clients.

Family time is probably one of the best traits that we have as Filipinos, giving time to enjoy and watch a movie or netflix series gives joy to us.

Again, this is an example on how the client and the architect meets, the personality of the homeowners shows in every part of the house.

A little bit of a back story, those speakers are very special to the patriach of the house and it found a perfect place here at the family area.

Designing a home is about giving people an outlet to express themselves. These photos show how elegant and hospitable our client is.

For the kicthen, our client chose a color that they like for the modular cabinets. An island counter adds an area of conversation, an oppurtunity to get together after a very busy day.

As for the dining area, the open lanai gives an illusion of a bigger space. So instead of a large TV, you'll see the beauty of the plants set out in the pocket garden. Talk about having a peaceful meal. 😉

As they say, people who invest in themselves go further. How about investing on a delightful morning skin care or a good lighting thay would really bring out the best of yourself.

A nice vessel type lavatory paired with a tall american standard faucet, to give the hotel vibes even if you are at home.

To complete the package, let us add a scent of Raspberry Mimosa for a relaxing wind down after a busy day.

L I V I N' L A R G E

A solid grand entrace upon setting foot inside the house. What we observed when the guests arrived is their faces in awe, and their chins upwards as they were caught in the beauty of the chandelier.

S-fold velvet drapes goes along with the sectional sofa. Christmas ornaments made the staircase granduer.

The architect opted to use Ricad panels to have a bit of accent on the walls instead of wallpapers and a big shout out to our dear client, they know how to put pieces together 😉.
