Sunday Thoughts:
Feeling like you're carrying it all alone?
Like there's no one you can truly talk to โ no one who really gets what you're feeling inside?
Iโve been there too.
But hereโs something I remind myself of โ and maybe you need to hear it today:
God already knows.
Every thought, every emotion youโve never been able to say out loud โ He sees it all.
If praying feels unfamiliar, try writing it down. Be raw. Be real. He welcomes your honesty.
Heโs not distant โ Heโs your Father. He loves you more than you can imagine.

Hydrate = Drink waterโฆ tapos iced coffee agad ๐งโ๐
Sleep early = Matulog 10pmโฆ pero sa TikTok pa rin hanggang 2am ๐ฑ๐
Be kind to yourself = โDi ako tamad, mentally buffering lang.โ ๐คฏ
๐ Self-care doesnโt have to be perfect. Start small, laugh at the slips, and keep going. ๐

๐ง ๐ "Alam mo ba? Hindi ka tamad. Pagod ka lang... at minsan, hindi sa katawan, kundi sa isip."
Hindi lahat ng laban nakikita. Yung iba, tahimik mong pinapasan araw-araw. Kaya kung nababasa mo โto, reminder lang: okay lang mapagod, okay lang huminga, at higit sa lahat, okay lang humingi ng tulong. ๐ฑ๐
๐ Kung naka-relate ka, i-heart mo ๐ at i-share para ma-remind din ang iba na hindi sila nag-iisa.
