This is JOEY MAGPANTAY my neighbor friend and his Mother NELIA PASAGUI MAGPANTAY , They are both taking Hypertension and Diabetic Maintenance, I check their BP and Blood Sugar this morning....

Joeys Blood Sugar is not quite high FBS =112mg/dl but still it needs to be ranging at 100-110mg/dl only, Yesterdays Blood sugar of Joey at the health Center is RBS=266mg/dl this is very high,it should be around 130-140mg/dl for Random Blood Sugar(RBS) , His BP is 140/90 also high..

Nanay's Blood Sugar is FBS=235mg/dl ,very High, and her BP is 150/90

I promised Them I will provide their Maintenance medicine and Vitamins for free on a regular basis, and check their Blood Pressure...

Anyone of you near here in his place ,just go directly to them to extend your support and help, You can also drop a message to me , to provide help and support for them, I will go back here and document it in a vlog...

This is my Neighbor "Tatay" CAESAR GAGALAC, I usually check his Blood Pressure and give him maintenance medicine for a year now...This time I wanted to document on a vlog, so that anyone could see his situation and may provide any form of support..He lives alone on this small room,no work anymore due to old age, and illneses , he can't walk even outside of this small house, his legs are too weak...His wife had passed already,and his children is far from here and had their family and way of life already and haven't visited him even once....His few relatives around here just give him food for lunch and dinner on a daily bases...
For now I check his Blood Pressure and his Blood sugar,it is in Normal range, blood pressure is 140/90 in a fair range, But he needs to maintain his Hypertension medication of Amlodipine 5mg....
I promised him I will provide his Maintenance medicine and Vitamins for free on a regular basis, and check his Blood Pressure...

Anyone of you near here in his place ,just go directly to him to extend your support, You can also drop a message to me , to provide help and support to him, I will go back here and document it in a vlog...

Nanay's name is CONCHITA PERILLA, She's my long time patient that I regularly check on this Area, She has High blood pressure, She lives alone here alone, as I arrived here she was about to leave going to "Talipapa"...She makes this Rugs and sell it on a small market "Talipapa" near here, sometimes she got 150pesos by selling this rugs then she could buy her foods, this is what she does everyday...
I took her BP and Blood Sugar for free my way of helping her, Her blood pressure is very high 200/100, and she complains headache, she had taken her maintenance of losartan already this morning a few moments ago. Her Blood Sugar is in Normal range...For now I give here F Maintenance of Losartan 50 mg 30 pieces 1 month supply and B-Complex Vitamins for nerves. I told her I would regularly go back here to check her Blood Pressure and Give free maintenance and Vitamins to Here...She lives alone on this small hut, her husband passed already in 2009, her children had their own family and is far from here , they couldn't support here completely because they are also poor and had their own family to feed...

Let us help "Nanay" ,if anyone of you near here, you can go directly to her, help and support financially,rice ,foods, maintenance medicine...etc...
