Alamin ang 6 Types of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) and how each arrangement works: Compressed Workweek, Reduction of Workdays, Rotation of Workers, Forced Leave, Flexi-Holidays Schedule, at Broken-Time Schedule.

Anuman ang arrangement, tandaan: may flexibility, pero may protections pa rin. Dapat may consultation at voluntary agreement, walang diminution of benefits, at patuloy na sinusunod ang applicable labor at OSH standards.

TINGNAN l LABOR FORCE SURVEY NG JUNE 2026

Umabot sa 50.66 milyon ang mga Pilipinong may trabaho noong Hunyo 2026, habang lumaki sa 53.25 milyon ang labor force at umakyat sa 65.1% ang labor force participation rate.

Kabilang sa mga hakbang upang mapalawak ang access sa trabaho ang ‘Trabaho Agad Job Fair’ sa pangunguna ni DOLE Secretary Francis N. Tolentino, na naglalapit ng mga jobseeker at employer at nagbibigay ng mas mabilis na daan tungo sa agarang employment opportunities.

Patuloy ang DOLE sa pagsusulong ng mas produktibo, inklusibo, matatag, at future-ready na trabaho para sa bawat Pilipino.
