PRC Extends a Snappy Salute to the
Top Three (3) Performing Schools of the July 2026 REALE!

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) congratulates and lauds the Top Three (3) Performing Schools in the recently concluded July 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE).

The Top Three (3) Outstanding Institutions, with 20 or more examinees and achieving at least an 80% passing percentage, have validated and demonstrated high standards, steadfast commitment, and professional values and principles towards ethically experts and professionals on real estate valuation.

The Commission recognizes the commendable part of these academic institutions in shaping competent, ethical, and globally competitive future real estate appraisers. To all the respected and well-acclaimed alma maters, faculty members, mentors, and the newest members of the profession — warmest cheers and congratulations for this notable accomplishment!

The result of the July 2026 REALE were released two (2) working days after the last day of examination, reflecting the Commission’s continuing commitment to efficient, timely, and responsive delivery of services to the public and the aspiring professionals.
