The event served as a culmination of the cadetsโ dedication, discipline, and accomplishments throughout their ROTC training while recognizing their readiness to assume greater responsibilities in service to the nation.
The ceremony commenced with the Entrance of Colors by the Advance ROTC Cadet Officers, followed by the singing of the National Anthem and an invocation led by ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐จ ๐ ๐๐จ๐ณ๐จ ๐๐ซ (๐๐) ๐๐, Tactical (Non-commissioned Officer) NCO. Opening remarks were delivered by ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ), Corps Commander, who expressed her appreciation to the cadets, training staff, and school administration for their unwavering support and commitment throughout the training year. A significant highlight of the event was the formal presentation of students by ๐๐ฉ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ง (๐๐ง๐) ๐๐, Admin NCO, followed by the declaration of graduates by ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐) ๐๐, Assistant Commandant. The successful graduates of Military Science were then awarded their certificates in recognition of their completion of the ROTC program. The distribution of certificates was led by ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐) representing ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐ (๐๐๐) as the Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS) assisted by ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ง,, Head of General Education, EAC Cavite Campus, ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ณ๐ข๐๐ก ๐. ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐จ๐ , EAC NSTP Coordinator of EAC Cavite Campus, and ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐) ๐๐. The ceremony also featured the Incorporation of Newly Enlisted Reservists into the 1304th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion. The newly enlisted reservists were formally presented by ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ค ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐จ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ), Tactical NCO, followed by their acceptance and Oath of Allegiance administered by ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐). This meaningful activity symbolized their commitment and dedication to serve the country as members of the reserve force. One of the most significant moments of the ceremony was the Turn-Over of Command of the Corps of Cadets. The reading of orders for relief and designation was conducted by ๐๐ฉ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ง (๐๐ง๐) ๐๐, followed by the reading of the relinquishment and assumption of command by ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ), Outgoing Corps Commander, and ๐/๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ร๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, Incoming Acting Corps Commander. The formal transfer of leadership was symbolized through the ceremonial Turn-Over of the Saber led by ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐) ๐๐, signifying the continuity of responsibility, authority, and commitment within the Corps of Cadets. Following the turnover ceremony, ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ณ๐ข๐๐ก ๐. ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐จ๐ introduced the GOHAS. An inspirational message was delivered on behalf of ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐ (๐๐๐) by ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐), emphasizing the importance of leadership, patriotism, discipline, and service to the nation. The message encouraged the cadets to apply the values and lessons learned from ROTC in both their civilian and military endeavors.
The event concluded with the Mass Singing of โPilipinas Kong Mahalโ, which served as a fitting tribute to the cadetsโ patriotism and dedication to national service. The Joint Closing Ceremony, Donning of Ranks, and Turn-Over of Command ended successfully and peacefully, reflecting the enduring values of honor, patriotism, duty, and leadership upheld by the Emilio Aguinaldo College ROTC Unit.

After graduating and successfully passing the licensure examination, she joined EACC as a staff member and later served as a faculty member, continuing her commitment to academic excellence and service.

โThe program commenced with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem with the use of Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP). MSg Gerry M De Mesa (AGS) PA, OIC, Office of the Group Sergeant Major, NCRRCDG, RCPA, delivered the invocation followed by the welcome remarks of COL ABRAHAM M GALLANGI JR GSC (INF) PA, Executive Officer, NCRRCDG, RCPA.

โFollowing the welcome remarks, an AVP was presented showcasing the inspiring Class Synopsis of Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training (ARAPT) MS 41/42 batch 2025, followed by the Class Impression delivered by the PLMar ROTC Unit Corps Commander and Class President, Advance ROTC S.Y 2025-2026, C/COL JERWIN C JERESANO 1CL. After, MAJ ALEXANDER M LAMBIQUIT (CE) PA, Group Operations Officer, NCRRCDG, RCPA, formally presented Advance ROTC Cadet Officers for graduation, while COL FERDINAND REY G GA MNSA (ART) PA declared the Advance ROTC Cadet Officers as graduates.

โFollowing the declaration of graduates, the formal Distribution of Certificates and Donning of Ranks commenced. MAJ FRANCIS M LOBATON (MI) PA, OIC Group Adjutant and S1, NCRRCDG, RCPA, officially read the promotion orders. This act formally designated the Advance ROTC Cadet Officer graduates to their newly donned ranks as Sergeants in the Reserve Force of the Philippine Army.

The activity served as an important evaluation of the ROTC Unitโs operational readiness, administrative efficiency, and tactical capability, while also assessing the competence of the training staff and the continuous support of the institution toward the ROTC program.

โThe activity formally commenced with the Arrival of Honor Ceremony, followed by a courtesy call to the school administration. The program officially began with the singing of the National Anthem through an audio-visual presentation (AVP), setting a patriotic and solemn atmosphere for the inspection. This was followed by the invocation led by Ms. Elisha Keziah D. Restubog, MAEd, NSTP Coordinator, asking for guidance and success for the conduct of the activity.

โThereafter, MAJ JESSEL A MONTAJES (SC) PA, Assistant Commandant of EAC ROTC Unit, delivered her welcome remarks, expressing the institutionโs unwavering commitment to leadership development, discipline, and service through the ROTC program.

โThe introduction of the RAATI Chairperson was formally delivered by MAJ JESSEL A MONTAJES (SC) PA, Assistant Commandant of the EAC ROTC Unit. Following this, COL GERALD L MONFORT GSC (INF) PA presented the members of the RAATI Team and discussed the inspection parameters, objectives, and evaluation procedures to be conducted during the activity. He highlighted the significance of maintaining high standards in administration, tactical proficiency, and organizational effectiveness within ROTC units.

โA formal turnover of command and control of the ROTC Unit from the Commandant to the RAATI Chairperson officially marked the beginning of the inspection proper. The RAATI Team then proceeded with the unit briefing and comprehensive inspection, carefully evaluating the cadetsโ military bearing, tactical preparedness, administrative organization, training implementation, and operational standards. The inspection also assessed the unitโs overall efficiency in carrying out ROTC programs and activities in accordance with established military regulations and guidelines.

โThe inspection included several tactical and academic activities facilitated by designated military personnel. General Administration inspected by CPT NOEL B UROT (OS) PA, Company Drills and Immediate Action Drill (IAD) were conducted under the supervision of Sgt Aldo Rey M Dagdag (Inf) PA. The Assemble and Disassemble of M16 Rifle and Cal .45 Pistol training was facilitated by SSg Joel B Caber (OS) PA. Map Reading exercises were supervised by SSg Noel Glenn B Alojipan PA (Res), while the Comprehensive Examination was administered by CPT LOUEN JOY I SELIDIO (AGS) PA with PFC Kathleen Joy P Sales (Inf) PA. Furthermore, the First Aid and Basic Life Support training was conducted by Cpl Jesson V Libron PA (Res) with Cpl Amy L Yunus PA (Res), providing the cadets with essential emergency response knowledge and practical skills.

โPart of the activity included the reading of the RAATI results conducted by CPT NOEL B UROT (OS) PA as a representative for MAJ JOSIF GINO C JUBAS (INF) PA, Vice Chairperson Inspector for General Administration. The EAC ROTC Unit obtained an average score of ๐๐.๐๐%,, reflecting the cadetsโ discipline, dedication, and the collective efforts of the training staff and school administration in maintaining the unitโs satisfactory performance and operational readiness.

โThe program concluded with the giving of certificates to the RAATI Team in recognition of their contribution and service during the inspection. This was followed by the formal turnover of command and control of the ROTC Unit back to the Commandant, symbolizing the completion of the inspection process. A photo opportunity and exit honors for the RAATI Team formally ended the activity, followed by the mass singing of โPilipinas Kong Mahal,โ which strengthened the spirit of patriotism and unity among all participants.
