Tomorrow, May 15, 2025, is Blood Letting Day at STI College Sta. Mesa – Lobby, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM!

To all faculty, staff, college students, and SHS students (with parent’s consent):
Get at least 6–8 hours of sleep tonight to ensure you're well-rested and ready to donate!

Why donate?
Blood letting not only saves lives. It also helps regulate iron levels, improves heart health, and stimulates new blood cell production.

Blood Letting Day!!

We encourage every student, faculty, staffs to participate in the upcoming blood donation drive in cooperation with Philippine Red Cross -- Manila this month of April 2025!

For those who wants to participate here’s some qualification;

-Must be ages from 18 - 60 Years Old, and 60 - 65 Years Old for those who are regularly donating their blood.
-Any donor in the age group of 16-17 Years Old MUST HAVE THEIR PARENTS CONSENT to participate in the said program.
-Before the donation, the donor MUST HAVE 6-8 HOURS OF SLEEP.
-The donor must atleast WEIGHT OVER 50KGS.
-The donor MUST HAVE NO THREATENING DISEASES.
-The donor MUST HAVE NO BODY PEIRCING AND TATTOO FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

For the pre registration, kindly look for our School Nurse, Nurse. Nina Dina Susano. You can find her at out School Clinic located at Ground Floor on the side of Guidance Office.
