Atty. Mario Dionisio, Jr., past Manila 1 President and current Chapter Adviser, together with Atty. Oliver Mateo, current President of IBP Manila 1, hands out financial assistance to one of our legal aid clients who is a victim in the fire that currently razed Oroquieta, Sta. Cruz, Manila.
