Hive Modular PH
Heard the new buzz about sustainable luxury modular homes? Weโre building something great and #ReadyForLiving ๐๐
Rain can delay construction but it doesn't have to delay progress.
Because Hive homes are built inside a controlled factory environment, our team keeps working even when the weather doesn't cooperate. No waiting for the rain to stop. No lost days on the schedule.
It's one of the reasons we're able to deliver homes on more predictable timelines.

Hive Modular joined the panel on sustainable hospitality construction at Philhost 2026: Sustainability in Focus, held last July 2 at Ascott BGC, Taguig.
Our Founder and CEO, John Avrett, walked the room through what modular actually looks like when applied to hospitality. Every unit starts as a precision-built module in our factory, then scales into whatever the property needs, a single hotel room, a cafe, a showroom, or a full resort built from repeatable modules around a shared pool and common areas.
That repeatability is the point. A hotel room built in a controlled factory environment is not a one-off product. It is the same quality, delivered again and again, which is also what allows a firm, upfront price per unit. And because every module is built to travel, Hive homes can move anywhere in the Philippines by truck, or leave the country entirely by container ship.
For an industry built on unique, one-off construction, that kind of consistency is rare, and it is exactly what sustainable, scalable hospitality development needs.
What does the future of a Hive home look like? It looks connected.
During our visit to Samsung's showroom, we got a glimpse of how technology can seamlessly integrate into everyday living.
This is the direction we're building toward. Because the future of housing isn't just about building better homes. It's about creating homes that make everyday life simpler, more intuitive, and more enjoyable.

We are excited to welcome Jeremy Liu to the Hive Modular Advisory Board.
Jeremy is a mixed-use and affordable housing developer with a rare coast-to-coast track record, from One Greenway in Boston to City Center in Washington D.C. to the San Francisco Bay Area. As an executive he has led projects up to $130M and overseen more than $150M in assets, and he designed one of the first real estate funds measured on community health impact.
In our fireside chat, Jeremy talked about housing as an ecosystem, growing alongside families and developments over time. That is the philosophy we are building Hive around.
Grateful to have you with us, Jeremy!
Not every Hive project starts with a full home. Sometimes, it starts with a single room.
This bathroom pod was custom-designed for a client who wanted all the benefits of Hive's process in one of the most complex spaces to build.
Instead of managing multiple trades on-site, the bathroom is built to the client's specifications inside our factory and delivered ready for installation.
Custom vision. Same Hive system. Less hassle.

We didn't build this home on-site. We delivered it. ๐๏ธ
A few months ago, a fully finished Hive Casita arrived at an Ayala Land site in Vermosa, Cavite, craned into place in a single day. The structural steel, insulation, kitchen, and finishes were all completed in our factory before it ever touched the lot.
Traditional construction would still be clearing the ground. Ours was ready for living by lunch.

One year ago, we were building prototypes.
Today, developers, hotel builders, and balikbayans are calling. And it's growing faster than we expected. This isn't just growth. It's proof that factory-built homes aren't a niche experiment anymore, they're where construction is headed. ๐๏ธ

The floors of the Casita carry two stories at once: reclaimed Philippine hardwood for warmth, and precision engineering for the details you canโt fake. ๐งฑ
Take the herringbone pattern at the wall joints. Itโs one of the hardest details to execute well, and it took months of testing to get every angle exact. The payoff is a floor that feels handcrafted, even though it started in a factory.
We couldโve hidden the seams between modules. Instead, we chose to highlight them. Every joint is a visible reminder of the precision that goes into each Casita, proof that modular construction doesnโt mean cutting corners on craft. ๐ ๏ธ

This marks an exciting milestone for Hive.
We're partnering with Samsung to bring smarter living into the future of our homes, combining thoughtful architecture with connected technology that makes everyday life more seamless.
Weโre building homes that are designed for the way people will live tomorrow and we're just getting started.

A tropical climate is the real test of a home. Heat, humidity, and termites can quietly wear down a house that was not built to face them. ๐ค๏ธ
The Casita is built differently. The charred Tanguile facade you see is treated in our own factory, naturally protecting the wood from moisture and termites while giving the home its bold, clean finish. Inside, raised ceilings, a skylight, and thoughtful ventilation keep air moving and humidity low, so the space stays cool and far less inviting to termites.
It is a comfort you can feel from the front door to the back wall, designed for the way we actually live here.
