It's the very first structure inside one of Ayala Land's newest developments in Imus, Cavite.
This Hive Casita will serve as both a staff house and showroom, giving the Ayala team a place to work and meet future clients long before the rest of the development is completed.
It's also a great example of how modular construction can bring functional spaces to sites where infrastructure is still taking shape.

People often ask who Hive is for.
One of our current clients is a balikbayan who had been dealing with delays and frustrations on an existing home construction project. When she discovered Hive, she saw an opportunity to add a guest house on the adjacent lot, without going through the same experience again.
What makes this project even more interesting is the site itself. It's located inside an established village on a relatively small lot, proving that you don't need a massive property for a Hive home to work.

Four months ago, we were sitting down with the client for the first time.
Today, permits are approved, house is built in the factory ready for shipping and foundation work is officially underway.
