The 13th PCQACL Convention: Collage of Memories

ATTENTION: ALL DELEGATES OF THE PCQACL 14th ANNUAL CONVENTION

* * * In compliance to requirements of the PRC - CPD Council for Medicine and CPD Council for Medical Technology to avail of the accredited CPD units, please make sure that you have your daily attendance signed at the Registration Area for both pre- registered and on-site registrants.

* * * Each delegate should accomplish both the IFCC-VLP Speakers Evaluation form and the PCQACL 14th Annual Convention Evaluation form provided in the convention kit. These Evaluation forms must be submitted to the Registration area in exchange of the Certificate of Attendance at the end of
the day for daily registered attendees and at the end of the 14th Annual Convention on Sept. 28, 2017 for full convention attendees.
