Responsible in writing letters for and by the organization, as well as organizing event schedules, intermissions, and other necessary program tasks involved.

• 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀
Oversees the NU LibRO’s external relations by establishing partnerships, fostering collaborations, and representing the organization beyond its internal community, and works closely with the committees in creating meaningful collaborations and opportunities.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲
Responsible for promotions and partnerships outside the university. They also handle administering collaboration events and communications with student organizations to solidify relationships in both organizations.

• 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽
Responsible for searching for sponsorship outside NU LibRO through proposals and transactions between the organization and external businesses.
