If you're just starting ,keep it simple.Don't overcomplicate things you might feel overwhelmed if you try to change everything at once.Your body and mind isn't used to it and that's how you burnt out and end up going back into your old eating habits. Take it one step at a time!
Make sure your meal has all the macros (Protein, Carbs, and Healthy Fats)
