Sa tindi ng kanila umanong pagkadismaya, hinatak ng mga dayuhan ang bandera ng Pilipinas na nakasabit sa flag pole sa Marine Base Gregorio Lim at pinagpupunit ito.

Nakita ng isang opisyal ng Philippine Marines ang pambabastos umano ng mga dayuhan sa watawat at iniulat ito sa Philippine National Police, dahilan para dakipin ang mga foreigner.

Cavite PNP inaresto ang 4 na dayuhan dahil sa pagpunit ng watawat ng Pilipinas Timbog ang apat na foreigner sa Ternate, Cavite pagkatapos sirain at bastusin umano ang watawat ng Pilipinas, ayon sa ulat ni Luisito Santos ng Super Radyo dzBB netong Sabado.
