The ASHRAE Philippines Student Conference 2026 was successfully held at Adamson University last April 18, 2026 bringing together the brightest student minds, innovators, and future leaders for a day filled with groundbreaking ideas and invaluable networking. Formally opened by ASHRAE Philippines President Engr. Benedicto Buenaventura, the event proudly welcomed Student Branch delegates from: UST, FEU, PLM, TUP - Manila, Adamson University, DLSU - Manila, DLSU - Dasmariñas, and Batangas University.

The event gave valuable insights into emerging industries, Emotional Quotient for engineering students, leadership, and career growth. Above all, the conference challenged our future engineers to champion sustainability and climate-responsible design.

Congratulations to all the participants! The competition was fierce this year, but your innovation, dedication, and teamwork set you apart. To everyone who presented and competed: you are all winners in our book.

𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐔𝐒 brought together insightful company talks and interactive discussions to give our future engineers a look at life in the industry.

During the session, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐉. 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐈𝐕 walked us through global aircraft maintenance at Lufthansa Technik, while 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐚-𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐢 broke down top-tier HVAC/R operations at Rencor Refrigeration, with both sharing their valuable on-the-job experiences and career journeys.

It served as a platform to explore diverse career paths, understand corporate expectations, and gain the practical insights needed to transition from the classroom to the professional field.

We came, we saw, and we lowered the enthalpy! Here’s a look back at 𝑪𝑶𝑶𝑳𝑰𝑻𝑬: 𝑨𝒊𝒓𝒄𝒐𝒏, where our participants officially took control of the cold.

Over two days at the 𝑴𝑬 𝑳𝒂𝒃 1, our participants dived deep into the core of air-conditioning systems. A massive thank you to our incredible industry experts from Koppel, Inc.: 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒓. 𝑴𝒊𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒎 𝑴. During the event, 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒓. 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒓, 𝑴𝑻 led the official orientation for the 3rd-year students' upcoming On-the-Job Training.

To make sure we are ready to impress, 𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝑨𝒏𝒏𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒈𝒐 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒍, 𝑹𝑷𝒎, 𝑪𝑹𝑺𝑷 shared her expert talent acquisition insights on how to stand out to recruiters, while 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒓. 𝑩𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑱𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒂 provided the ultimate blueprint for navigating our early careers and securing long-term professional growth.
