Following the recent earthquake in Mindanao, our brothers and sisters in Badjao Village, Brgy. Bawing, General Santos City, have faced immense challenges—from being displaced from their homes to having critical damage to their water reservoir, which resulted in limited access to basic needs. In times of disaster, vulnerable tribes like the Badjaos are often the most affected.
The Jollibee Group Foundation’s FoodAID donation of pre-cooked meals turned out to be among our answered prayers. When the crisis hit, these meals became an immediate source of vital sustenance and comfort for families navigating sudden uncertainty.
Through the coordinated efforts of Jollibee Group Foundation and CCT Group of Ministries, 400 members of the Badjao community were served warm, nourishing meals—a practical, tangible source of hope in time of great need.
CCT Paglingap's Disaster Response teams have remained active on the ground, providing ongoing feeding programs and hot meals to affected communities across Mindanao—standing alongside families in prayer and encouragement as they rebuild their lives and move forward in faith.
We thank the Lord for His abundant provision, and we extend our deepest gratitude to the Jollibee Group Foundation for their generosity. Our heartfelt thanks also to our leaders and boards, staff, volunteers, community partners, community servant leaders, area pastors, and volunteer pastors, among other ministry partners whose compassion and paglingap continue to bring strength and hope to the communities we serve.
All praises be to our Solid Rock, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

More than conquerors through Him Who loved us
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.”
—Romans 8:28
Just a day after the celebration of our national independence, we are reminded of the greatest liberty of all: the true, unshakeable freedom found in the unfailing love of God—the love that frees us from fear, enables us to surrender, and empowers us to stand resilient no matter the season!
With hearts united in worship, the CCT family gathered for the Nationwide Prayer and Worship Gathering today, June 13, 2026. Hosted by CCT Panay, our time together was beautifully guided by their Spirit-led, excellent leading, setting an atmosphere of profound reverence and surrender, right from the opening prayer by Pastor Roden Cansinillo.
The message, delivered by Pastor Albert Mark A. Java, ministry partner of CCT Panay, invited us to reflect on the deeper meaning of resilience. Anchored in Romans 8:28–39, he reminded us that we endure not by our own strength, but because God is with us, God loves us, and God works all things for our good. As Pastor Mark shared, “Our Savior has overcome this world, and He has given us the same power to overcome whatever we will go through in this reality for His glory and for the good of all.”
CCT Panay Area Pastor Sulficio "Noy" Degoma also led us in an intentional time of prayer and encounter with God. Praise God for uniting us through the power of His Holy Spirit, especially as we prayed earnestly for our nation—particularly our brothers and sisters in Mindanao who were affected by the recent earthquake. Then, CCT Ministers Association of the Philippines Ministry Peer Servant Pastor David Campanero led us in the Lord’s Supper.
We were blessed to hear the testimony of the Vejo Family, shared by Ate Rothseel Vejo, a CCT faith community missionary (FCM) from the CCT Multipurpose Cooperative (CMPC) Barotac Nuevo Branch. Following a painful season when their only child became seriously ill, they returned to Iloilo and began rebuilding their ministry. In God’s perfect timing, she became an FCM, and her husband also began serving as a volunteer pastor!
Today, the Lord continues to work powerfully through their lives, as they handle two House of Prayer (HOPE) Churches and shepherd 10 fellowships. CMPC’s motor loan program also became an answered prayer, granting the family a new motorbike that enables them to minister more efficiently. They joyfully testified that CCT is not just an organization but a family.
As we concluded with thanksgiving, fellowship, and celebration of our June birthday celebrants, we were reminded once again that resilience in faith is not something we produce, but something we receive—grounded in the unchanging love of our Father in heaven.
More than conquerors, we press on toward our mission—free and ready to serve the God Who deeply loves us and enables us to be resilient for His glory.
All glory belongs to God alone!
MABUHAY ANG MALAYANG PILIPINAS! 🇵🇭
—Galacia 5:13

The spirit of bayanihan and paglingap came alive in Parola Compound, Tondo, Manila, as the community stood united in the aftermath of the recent massive fire that affected many families.
Through a meaningful partnership with CCT Group of Ministries through CCT Paglingap Foundation Inc. and Bounty Cares Foundation, Inc., 2000 dressed chickens were distributed in Gate 54 yesterday—bringing joy, nourishment, and renewed hope to the community. Even in the face of challenges, the families of Parola continue to show strength and optimism, reminded that they are seen, valued, and cared for.
This shared effort was amplified by the dedication of our community servant leaders (CSLs) who brought warmth through morning taho distribution and a free health check-up under the Health and Wellness program of CCT Paglingap. These heartfelt acts reflect strength in unity and the power of compassion amid challenging times.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Bounty Cares Foundation, Inc., for their generosity and trust, to our dedicated CSLs, and to the entire Parola community for actively taking part in fellowship, sharing resources, and supporting one another on the ground.
Together, this shared journey of paglingap shows that indeed, hope can flourish even in the darkest places and that when we come together, no challenge is too great for a community that loves and cares.
“The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”— John 1:5

Amen.

TKL Steel: A Partner in Breaking Generational Street-Dwelling
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6
Praise God for how He continues to transform young lives in the streets—even in places where many children are born into hardship and the cycle usually continues from one generation to the next.
Paaralan sa Tarima (School by the Roadside), a street-based program of CCT Kaibigan Ministry, Inc. gives young children a chance to learn, grow, and begin to dream beyond life on the streets. For over 600 street kids in Manila and Pasay, this is where they encounter the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and take their first step toward a hope-filled future.
This ministry is made possible through partners like TKL Steel Corporation. TKL believes that great communities are not built only on sturdy structures but are also founded on long-lasting relationships, resonating with CCT’s passion for Kingdom building.
This month, TKL and CCT KMI signified an official partnership in equipping the marginalized with quality Christian education. With a shared heart for children and communities, TKL has committed to supporting the program—helping provide education, meals, and time through employee volunteerism.
God’s hand is indeed at work through the generosity, service, and compassion of His people. Each contribution, big or small, helps keep this space open—a place where children can feel safe, find refuge, and pursue their dreams.
Thank you, TKL, for walking with us in this mission. All by God’s grace, we’re giving children the chance to learn, to believe, and to become the vision of hope they were created to be—one child, one community at a time!

Praise God for the first part of the Financial Stewardship Series!
Last Saturday, May 23, 2026, the CCT Jehovah Jireh Multi-purpose Cooperative, CCT Training & Development Inc., and CCT Mutual Benefit Association Inc., launched the first leg of the 4-part financial stewardship series titled “Cybershield: Empowering Awareness & Response Training”, a hybrid seminar hosted by CCT Panay at the Jaro Regional Office and connected virtually via Zoom.
True to the CCT 2026 theme: Resilience for Greater Works, this seminar aimed to build resilience among CCT staff against scams and fraud through proactive skill-building, psychological awareness, and platform safeguards. The approach included improving digital literacy through active, simulation-based training, recognizing psychological tactics used by scammers, and transforming risks into learning opportunities through contextual interventions.
In session 1, Atty. Deo Virgil R. Tan, Legal Head of the National Telecommunications Commission Legal Division of Region VI and concurrent legal for Negros Island Region, discussed fighting fraud through awareness and understanding digital scams. He emphasized the immense weight of personal discernment, helping the staff to spot 4 universal red flags, leaving them with a vital golden rule for navigating suspicious or urgent online requests: “When in doubt, VERIFY.”
Meanwhile, Atty. Clyde Magallanes, Lecturer for the Civil Service Exam Review at Carl Balita Review Center and CCT Panay Legal Counsel, talked about remedial actions after getting scammed. He equally stressed that when a person receives a text or email message containing possible scam links, the person must exercise the BIRD rule: Block, Ignore, Report, and Delete. Furthermore, he urged members to proactively report illegal practices, noting that unregistered lending companies or apps engaging in unfair debt collection should be immediately reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
When a cybercrime is committed, remember to:
1. Secure evidence/s.
2. Contact your bank.
3. File a police blotter at the nearest police station.
4. Report to agencies concerned.
5. File a complaint.
"Trust, but verify!"
— U.S. President Ronald Reagan
Stay tuned for the upcoming sessions of our Financial Stewardship Series as we continue to build true financial resilience for greater works!
