HR OFFICER

Job description:
HR OFFICER is responsible for keeping, maintaining, and achieving KPI to ensure proper company operation and employee performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or any related field

Work Experience:
At least 1-year experience; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

TALENT MANAGEMENT

1. Ensure the right number of manpower per department
2. Traffic job posts to different job sites such as Indeed, Job Street, Best Jobs, etc
3. Perform employment screening and initial interview
4. Conduct employee orientation
5. Ensure proper documentation of 201 files
6. Conduct stay and exit interviews, and employee clearance

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
1. Conducts monthly timekeeping for direct and indirect hire
2. Process and enroll employees in government-mandated benefits, payroll, bank, and health card
3. Ensures on-time payment of government loans

EMPLOYEE RELATION
1. Execute semi-annual and/or yearly performance evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
2. Initiate and propose seminars, workshops, and training to educate and enhance new skills
3. Study and abide by labor laws

WORKPLACE SAFETY
1. Work with company Safety Officers to perform workplace health and safety programs
2. Submission of yearly DOLE Reports

ADMIN DUTIES
1. Monthly monitoring of company mobile plans, attendance, and delivery
2. Assist the executives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php17K-18K per month
Location: Pulanglupa, Las Piñas City
