An unexpected touch of magic during ‘s visit to San Juan, La Union. While on the hunt for dinner, he stumbled upon , a charming Mexican restaurant. Wanting to capture its facade, he noticed a condensation on his lens due to the temperature shift from his chilly room. Instead of a clear shot, the camera rendered a soft, dreamy glow at the top – reminding us that sometimes, imperfections can lead to beautiful surprises. Always remember to acclimate your gear to avoid condensation, but also be open to the unique results it might bring. 📸✨

Spontaneous shoots can be challenging, but here’s a tip: angle your shot towards the edge of the table to add depth to your composition. If the dish has multiple components/ingredients, let them shine. Keep props minimal and always let the food take center stage.
