Diagnose and found that the 1.8V from the Nand was Short to Ground ❌
After resolving the issue ,the phone boot-up but stuck only on Apple Logo, try to retain data but there is an error 9 (Which is a Nand Issue).
I remove the nand IC and put new Solder Balls(Reball) and Flash!
Success! the phone boots normal. the client just need to setup the phone and input his/her previous passcode to fully setup the phone✅
