IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
For North Orchard Residences, please focus more on presenting to your clients the Bank Financing option with Veterans Bank 7.5% interest rate (fixed for 5 years) with a downpayment of only 10% payable upto 18 months and loan up to 20 years for locally employed and 15 years for OFW.
It will be hard for us to close clients in North Orchard using Pagibig Financing since the minimum required downpayment is 33.5% of Total Contract Price (TCP) that is payable maximum of 18 months.
