At first, it looked playful — and it was super fun!!! And the ball also gave us honest feedback. It showed us when we were rushing, gripping, holding our breath, or relying too much on force.

Partner practice added another layer: trust, communication, support, and shared laughter.

This is why I believe in regular practice. Not because every class has to be intense or perfect, but because each practice teaches the body something. Balance. Strength. Awareness. Confidence. Presence.

And when you practice with a supportive community, the journey feels lighter.

Yoga is not movement.
