One of the most important skills to master is Listening.

Listening not only allows you to slow down your mind which is your powerhouse for creating a sustainable and effective mindsets, it is one of the first signs of true respect.

When you can allow a person the time to speak while you listen fully to what they are saying, being totally engaged in their story, you release judgements, fears and ulterior motives, allowing you both to be on equal and trusting ground which is a vital step to transformation.

Keep developing your listening skills and the world around you will continue to open up and shift.

Have Insights been coming to you? Deep Divine Desires?

First off what is the difference between a regular desire and Divine Desire?

Well, usually I would ask you first ~ what is your intention in all this desiring? Is it coming from a space in your heart and through kindness? If you can honestly answer this by saying yes... it is a Desire from my heart space, then bingo! You have a Divine Desire!

Like anything, this is a practice. A practice of listening to yourself and a practice of watching your actions. Actions never lie. The way you close the door, the way you open that bottle, the way you type on your keyboard... these are all actions that can be observed that ultimately bring you to a deeper understanding of your self. It is a practice to continuously trust your process, trust the signs be they palatable or not, trust that everything is working out behind the scenes for you. Trust that you are in accordance to your God given right to live an amazing beautiful life.

Depending on where you are in the World, you'll definitely be needing to double your consumption so you can keep up with the times. Water is Life and if we want to keep living a healthy fruitful life we need lots and lots of water.
