About the Role
As a CBRE Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing top-notch graphic design materials. This role is part of our creative team, developing visuals that align with our organization's image, identity, and brand.
What You'll Do:
π¨ Design both print and digital marketing materials using corporate templates (websites, brochures, floor plans, etc.).
π Ensure artwork and copy are the correct size, type, and style to follow company branding guidelines.
π Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples to clients and management for review, making edits as necessary based on collaborative feedback.
π€ Collaborate with client managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand assignments, audience, message, and layout.
π° Provide clients with cost estimates for all print materials.
π Maintain local websites in the company CMS.
π Create and update professional, team, and property profiles.
π Build relationships with external vendors, research, compare pricing, and recommend new partnerships.
πΌ Manage marketing project costs and oversee production.
π§ Prepare artwork for distribution, ensuring specs, file size, and format are print-ready.
π§ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

What You Need:
π Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
